No Whey: What Milk Really Does To Your Bod
Lately I’ve been very interested in the pros and cons of dairy. I used to have yogurt on a daily basis but a few months ago after a lot of research I decided to go dairy-free. I’ll allow myself some dairy treats every now and then (ice cream yes, cheese yes) but for the most part, I avoid it. Luckily I like Almond Milk in my coffee and the switch was fairly easy on that front.
