Preparing for Tonight’s Workout

In a couple of hours, bride-to-be C-Lo and I are meeting up for Bridal Bootcamp Session #2. I’m putting the final touches on the routine and I’m looking forward to causing more sore muscles tonight.

If you’re feeling drained after a long day at work but need to get your workout in (the way I’m feeling right now), I recommend Pure Protein Shakes. I opt for the 23-grams of protein version. It’s 110 calories (and only 1 gram of sugar) and gives you enough energy for a good workout without filling you up.  I buy ‘em at Trader Joe’s. About to have one now before heading to the gym.
