Pregnancy Hacks is my first book and I’m so excited for its release. The book contains nearly 400 simple tips and hacks that you can use during pregnancy to make your experience as comfortable and easy as possible.
Pregnancy is no walk in the park, but there are specific things you can do to alleviate aches and pains, minimize anxiety, and to ensure you’re as prepared as possible for labor and delivery. I worked with friends, fellow moms, and a whole range of experts in a variety of fields to pull together these hacks and I truly hope the book brings comfort to women during pregnancy, allowing them to enjoy the experience.
