Friday Fitness: Outdoor Stair Workout

Happy Friday! As this post goes live I’ll be on a plane making my way to the US for the first time since we moved to Spain. First we’ll be on the west coast for a wedding, then we’ll head to the east coast for another wedding. The locations may be far from Europe, but it’s so fortunate that they are back-to-back, making it possible for us to be at both. And as luck would have it, smack in the middle (time-wise and location-wise) is a Taylor Swift concert soooo just going to make a quick stopover in Phoenix for that in between the weddings 🙂

I’m excited to be headed back to America and getting a chance to see many of my best friends and my family. Though I’ll admit, it feels like we just arrived in Spain. It’s actually been four months though. This visit home will be a nice break in expat living. Then it’s back to Spain for another four months.

While I’m in the US you KNOW I’m going to be hitting up some workout classes. I miss English speaking classes! My workout agenda is still up in the air, but it’s likely to include some Orangetheory, Equinox and CorePower Yoga.

Friday Fitness: Climb & Strengthen Stair Workout

If you can’t make it to a class this weekend, or you’re simply in the mood for an outdoor workout (which you should be, because the forecast is looking good in a lot of cities!), here’s a new workout I created that just went live on DC Refined, Climb & Strengthen Stair Workout. For this stair-centric workout I recommend finding the longest set of stairs possible to make this workout extra challenging.
