Sorry MM, this Valentine’s Day I’m spending it in the sunshine. Hate to leave the guy behind, but I couldn’t not take advantage of a 3-day weekend and I’ve headed south to visit a girlfriend in Dallas. Not your typical V-Day, here’s what we’ve been up to:
Coffee with the gals, Sterling & Sadie.
Genniva and I met while working at Lucky Mag but didn’t really bond until we realized we lived down the street from each other and started meeting for early morning runs. It was only right that we started our day in Dallas with a run. Banks and the baby joined as well.
On the way home we walked to Starbucks, on the walk we spotted former Bachelor Sean & Catherine, love me a good “celeb” sighting, then Starbucks gave me a free coffee, Dallas, you are the best!
And then Banks surprised us with some v-day chocolates, deelish and the perfect post-run treat.
Next it was time for brunch in the sun with the smiliest dog ever, today it’s 70 and I’m taking full advantage.
