If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you probably know by now that I love making goals and lists (and lists of goals!). I made quite a few resolutions for 2012 and now that the year is coming to a close, let’s take a look and see how I did.
- Train for the Half Marathon & finish under 1:54: Achieved! I trained for the NYC half in March and finished at 1:48, a time I was extremely happy with. I ran another half later in the year with much less training and finished at 1:50, a time I was also quite content with.
- Drink More Water: Achieved! I got better about staying hydrated and hopefully I can keep this up.
- Bring Lunch: Achieved! I brought lunch more than I have in the past but could always improve upon this and do it more often
- Save Money: Achieved! Reached my savings goal for the year
- Blog More: Achieved but want to work on this again for 2013
- Read 1 Book Per Month: Total fail, I probably read 4-6 books all year.
- Drop 5 pounds: Achieved and Failed, went back and forth on this one, no big changes but that’s ok.
- Workout Goals- Weights 3x per week, Run 2x per week, Spin 6x per week: Not sure I stuck to this exact formula but worked out plenty for the year!
Looks like it’s time to come up with my list for 2013. What resolutions are you making this year?
