Last night I had two things on my agenda: complete an Insanity workout and cook a healthy meal. I decided on spaghetti squash, while I let that sit in the oven for an hour cooking, it was the perfect amount of time for me to complete my workout. After an hour of Insanity my squash was ready! A perfect fitness/cooking combo.

Dinner:Spaghetti Squash mixed with Trader Joe’s Turkey Meatballs, Veggies and Tomato Sauce, sprinkled with some parm cheese

Dessert: Fat Free Greet Yogurt mixed with 1 tablespoon Better ‘n Peanut Butter and ½ a banana
