Whether you are an experienced runner or don’t take to the trails often, head outside this afternoon and go on a run!
Here are a couple of ways to celebrate National Running Day:
Update your running wardrobe: Running makes you feel good, but running in a cute (and functional) outfit makes you feel even better. Today is the perfect day to treat yourself to some new items. I recommend the Lululemon Speed Short. I’m not a huge fan of wearing short shorts, but these are so comfortable I can’t help but recommend them. I’m also loving this Run for your Money tank. I haven’t tried it out yet but I’m tempted to add it to my collection, it’s adorable. Nothing slows down a run like a bad sports bra. When it comes to sports bras, I’m a Nike girl. My favorite is the Nike Pro Victory, supportive and available in a variety of cute colors and patterns.
