After a big race it can be hard to get motivated to go out and just RUN some more. But today after three days of zero running, I forced myself out of bed to hit the pavement. I’ve grown a little tired of running through Central Park and mixed it up this time.
Here’s my route:
- Lower Central Park Loop
- Over to the West Side Highway
- Short run along the water (with a stop at a long staircase to do 5 sets of stair runs)
- Run back home
