Morning Workout

Getting out of bed this morning was ROUGH, perhaps it was a combination of that lost hour of sleep this weekend + not falling asleep until midnight. The great part about being a fitness instructor is you are forced to get up, no sleeping through early morning workouts when you’ve got a room full people depending on you. Plus, no matter how hard it is to get out of bed, you’ll be happy once the workout is complete and over with.

This morning’s 45 minute spin class was a fun one, here is the playlist:

Since I’m at the gym on Mondays and not running outside, it’s the perfect day to add some weight training to the schedule. Today I did this kettlebell workout (previously posted about here)
