Oatmeal Cream Pies… mmmm
I have no shame is saying that I have probably eaten a truck load of Little Debbie Cream Pies over my lifetime (sadly, I don’t remember the last time I had one!). I have no cares what you think of me now. They were, and I can image still are, delicious. I feel that I need to make it a personal challenge to make homemade ones.

This weekend I’m of course going to make my famous Football cake for the Superbowl party, but these look pretty amazing as well. Perhaps I will bring double-desserts.
