Last night I received my Blueprint cleanse delivery, I was pretty excited to start. But now…it’s 6:30pm and all I’ve have had today is juice, lots and lots of juice. I’m on my 5th juice of the day and it’s going ok. I think the first day is the worst. Have had a pretty bad headache all day, but luckily I can go home soon, get comfy on the couch, drink my final juice of the day which is by far the most delicious, and do nothing else. When doing a juice cleanse you really need to plan to be anti-social or else it will be even more torturous.
This is all I get to consume for the next three days. Oh joy!
