MUCH harder than Day 1! This morning Genniva and I headed back to Pure Power Boot Camp for an hour workout with a focus on the lower body. The workout included LOTS of squats (including some while holding up a giant tire), step ups (killer), sprints, and some time in the obstacle course (plus plenty of other not-fun things). After returning home at 7:45 I felt the need to crawl back in bed for an hour. That was a tough one.
Our instructor was kinda like this guy….what a charmer.
