Today I took my first personal day, and it’s been fabulous. First I taught spin at 6:30 am (ok, maybe not the ideal way to spend a day off), then headed down to Tribeca to take a yoga class with Kate, followed by brunch and a manicure. Then we ran into my favorite E! star, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott next…
