Last night MM and I hosted 16 friends (and 1 lil baby!) for a break fast meal. Because of the big group and our small kitchen, the dinner was pot-luck style. I knew that everyone would be bringing over tempting and delicious foods so I wanted to ensure there were some healthy options in the hopes that I wouldn’t over-indulge…

whatshouldwecallme: This is seriously what I looked like post-run this morning. It was only a 4-mile run but my legs were super tired and the run felt much harder than it typically does. This means it is time for a well-deserved day off (tomorrow!) from working out.
