Last night’s TNT run recap: 1 Mile(ish) Warm Up 2 x 2.5 Mile Loop Repeats (with a slow jog in between, thus the mile 4 split) 1 Mile(ish) Cool Down That was a tough one. The NYC tri is quickly approaching so hard workouts like this are a must. Only 1 month to go!
