Shapin Up Bootcamp (Baby-Friendly!)

Join a specialized workout group, created for new moms.

Do you find that it’s impossible to get out of the house and get your workout done? This is the small group training for you.

All fitness levels welcome. Bring your baby (or not, either works!) and connect with other moms while getting strong. There will be space for baby alongside our workout and you will have the option to hold or wear them during the workout.

This is a no-judgement space. Go at your own pace, challenge yourself, and take breaks to feed or change your baby.

The Details

Full Program Offering:

  • 60 minute workout sessions, 2x per week
  • 16 sessions total over a 9 week period
  • 20 minute one-on-one introduction call to discuss your goals
  • Weekly emails with recipes, workout tips, and more
  • Special giveaways

Dates & Times:

  • Tuesdays and Fridays, 1:30-2:30pm
  • January 14 through March 13
  • No classes will be held February 3 & 6

  • Are you prepping for a wedding, reunion, or other big event? While wellness should be a focus for your whole life, I understand having a special event and wanting to feel your best on that special day. I’ll work with you to create a customized program on event timing and personal goals. Together we’ll make you your most confident and happiest self, ready for your big day!
