If you’ve got a grill then you need to try this recipe. Oh so good and oh so easy.

On a large piece of tinfoil, spread out cubed butternut squash (you can buy it already cut up at Trader Joe’s), drizzle olive oil over the squash, sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and cinnamon and toss in fresh rosemary and sage. Next, wrap the tinfoil shut over the top of the mixture. Put this on the grill for about 20-30 mins or until the squash becomes soft.

This grilled butternut squash is best served hot, right off the grill and makes for a perfect side dish or tossed in a salad.
