Happy Friday again! For the past week I was traveling through Italy and unfortunately didn’t do a good job of prepping a couple of posts before I left. One of my big goals with this blog is consistency and clearly I need to work harder at this! I’ll be sharing more on my Italy trip in a future post, for now I’ll share a quick pic from a favorite spot:

And just as I unpack from this trip, I’m packing up for another one–Amsterdam! This morning my family and I are headed to the Netherlands for a long weekend of exploring. Friday’s Fitness: Get Fit Anywhere Workout
And Friday’s Fitness! As some of you may know, I freelance write for the DC-based culture site DCRefined.com. This month I kicked off a new workout series. Each month I’ll be sharing a workout for readers and I’d love for you to give this one a try too. It’s ideal for at-home or in a hotel room as no equipment is required. If you have a yoga mat that’s great, but if not, you can totally use a towel or just do the moves on a carpeted floor to protect your back.
