21-Day Shapin’ Up Plan

After a weekend of only eating sweets (oh, and a fried peanut butter and banana sandwich from the Breslin = YUM) it’s time to shape up for the upcoming Girls Weekend in Miami.  I started the plan off with a trip to Trader Joes to stock my kitchen: 

Day 1 also included 2 spin classes (totalling 900 calories burned) and a bikram yoga class. Note to self: do NOT take bikram yoga when its 87 degrees out, it was a killer.  The plan is to stay on the healthy track until May 21 when it will be bathing suit time!
