Smart Snacking

I can tell that today is one of those days where I’m constantly hungry due to my big workout this morning and lack of dinner last night (due to late yoga class, see previous post). Good thing I though ahead and brought some healthy snacks. I just tried a Special K Fruit Crisps bar (blueberry flavor) and I must say it is delicious!  It’s 100 calories so clearly not the most filling item but really tasty. I’d compare it to a really thin pop-tart, minus the sugary guilt.
