Getting this day off to a good start with spin class followed by a 2.70 mile run home.  Check out my good-for-me food:

Breakfast of scrambled egg whites with fresh salsa and bringing fresh fruit and almonds to work for a mid-day snack.

Jury is still out on the Obsession-Worthy Song of the Week.  Any ideas?!
