I spent half the weekend out of the city (layin’ poolside) and the other half in NYC. I managed to swim, bike, and run in preperation for my triathlon in two weeks. Perhaps it was a bit ambitious to run to central park yesterday in the 100 degree heat, but it was a good try. The city was empty, as expected for the holiday weekend. Check out the proof below:
