Tuesday Workout

This morning I subbed a spin class at Equinox on 63rd and Lexington. To spice things up, I woke up extra early to run there (2.2 miles), teach the class (45 mins) and then run back home (another 2.2 miles).  Great workout and am considering doing it again tomrorow (although added mileage up to 76th and 1st).  We shall see…
