On Sunday I ran my second half marathon. Here is a bit about the race:

Pre-Race Dinner of Choice: whole wheat pasta, steamed broccoli & grilled chicken

Wake Up Call: 5:30 am, woke up to some good luck flowers! Gave myself just enough time to do a little hydrating, eat a power bar (Vanilla Crisp, what I eat before every race) and gather the rest of my goods.

Started the race at 7:30am with 9ish miles through hilly Central Park, then ran through Times Square (above), best part of the race!

My parents and Matt were there to cheer me on, here we are post-race downtown.
Then it was off to celebratory brunch, followed by celebratory ice cream, a celebratory nap, and a celebratory dinner (complete with 4 desserts, well-deserved, right??)
