This morning’s rainy/windy weather called for an indoor workout. Good thing MM stocked up my fitness gear this holiday season! Along with my Bar Method DVD, I’m ready to go with a variety of weights (ranges from 1lb to 10lbs, don’t ask what I’m supposed to use the 1lb weight for), a yoga mat and a foam roller for a post-workout stretch.
If you can’t make it to the gym on a daily basis, opt for a few key items and your mini at-home gym can be a nice supplement to your regular workouts.
