Birthday Boost

While most people probably use their birthday as an excuse to snooze through their morning workout, I’ve decided to start the celebration of turning 27 (AH, how did this happen??) with a new and challenging workout. At 7AM tomorrow I’ll be in Central Park working up at sweat at Stacy’s Bootcamp. Let’s be honest, I’m going to eat as many sweets as I can get my hands on tomorrow, so I might as well get a good calorie-burn in first.
