- What’s the best time to work out? It doesn’t matter if you workout in the AM or PM but you should keep the time consistent. Your body gets conditioned to working out at the same time and adapts, releasing energy boosting, muscle building hormones
- Should you work out on an empty stomach? No! Before a workout eat something small like an apple with almond butter or a fat free greek yogurt with ½ banana.
- When and what should you eat after a workout? 30-60 mins post-workout is ideal. Drink a whey protein shake, studies suggest that it can accelerate fat metabolism.
