After a weekend off track (missed workouts, lack of sleep, lots of food & drinks), it’s Monday and time to get back at it. Monday is the perfect time to set your intentions for the week ahead. How many times will you work out? What meals will you prepare? Schedule it out and stick to it.
Here’s my outlook for the week ahead:
- Monday: Spin Class, Strength Circuit, Insanity Fit Test
- Tuesday: Refine Method,[VOTE!!!!!], Insanity
- Wednesday: 4 Mile Run, Insanity
- Thursday: Spin class (Equinox 54th & 2nd if you want to join!), Barry’s Bootcamp
- Friday: Spin Class, Strength Circuit, Insanity
