Happy March Everyone! After an awesome weekend away (snowboarding with friends at Mt Snow, VT) it’s time to make goals for this new month. Today officially kicks of my triathlon training for the NYC Tri (19 weeks away, jeez that’s a lot of time) and a return to Paleo (took a couple of weeks off but ready to restart!). I’m also cashing in on a free week of Bikram Yoga starting today (was one of the rewards for finishing the 30 day challenge). Not sure I’ll make it all 7 days but hopefully I can sneak in a bunch.
I’ll take my training week by week. Here’s a look at Week 1:
- Monday: Spin, Abs, Bikram
- Tuesday: Bikram, TNT Group Run
- Wednesday: Bikram TNT Group Swim (gah, scared!)
- Thursday: Spin, Bikram
- Friday: Spin, Weights, Bikram
- Saturday: TNT Group Run
- Sunday: Bikram, Abs
