New spin mix coming atcha! Played this today and was really into it. Had a very energtic group for 6:30am- love that.

Here’s the workout to do with the above mix. The first song is your warm up then the ride is split into three sets. Each set is a two-song climb followed by a speed song. After each set you can allow yourself about 20-30 seconds recovery, then move right into the next set. The final song is your cool down.

While this playlist was created for spin, you could easily use it for a run. Think of something else do to do for the three sets (like run on an incline for 2 songs then go to a flat road and speed up for the third song, that would be one set. Then repeat.)
