Jessica Alba’s Post-Baby Bod

I’ve been seeing a lot of Jessica Alba bikini pics in various magazines (seems like she is on a never-ending beach vacation, lucky) and keep thinking she has the perfect bod and she has two young kiddies, how does she do it? Well the secret is out! Alba says post-baby she has been “coseting” which is something I’ve never even heard of. You wear a corset for a certain amount of hours a day and apparently it is supposed to tighten your abs and shrink your hips. Alba says she did this for 3 months and it sweaty and brutal.

Even if it’s sweaty and brutal, sounds easier than intense working out. So the key to getting slim post-baby (or just in general) is sitting around in a corset? Doesn’t sound so bad! But corseting is not all fun and games. After a little research it seems like it could lead to health issues including messing with your organs, yikes. So is this going to become the new trend to lose the baby weight? As much as I want Alba’s body, I also want functioning organs. See ya at the gym.
