Last night I whipped up a bowl of chia pudding. Here are this morning’s results (aka my breakfast). I’m not quite ready to share the recipe because it needs some tweaking. In typical Amanda fashion I didn’t measure anything and I think I went a bit overboard on the chia seeds, so while it was tasty, I think it could be better. I found a few promising recipes online (superfood triple berry chia pudding & Food & Wine’s chia-seed pudding) but I haven’t tried them yet, so attempt at your own risk!)

My recipe only contained 3 ingredients: unsweetened vanilla almond milk, chia seeds and mango; pretty simple. I’m going to play around with the ingredients and the proportions and will share my results and hopefully a delicious recipe with you next week!
