Lean Pumpkin Shake
This dairy-free, low calorie shake from Shape Magazine looks amazing. With the protein powder, this would make for a perfect post-workout drink. Will need to give this a try real soon!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ Bartlett pear
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 1 scoop (2 tablespoons) protein powder
- ½ cup ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serves 2. 177 calories per serving.
