Last night was for a 5-mile run (starting at my office & ending on the UWS) followed by a quick visit to our backyard garden for veggies and herbs then preparing Paleo-friendly Spaghetti (squash) & Turkey Meatballs. Recipe will be live next week. Today is Day 5 of Paleo, trying to stay strong…
