TGIF everyone! This week totally flew by, and I’m not even sure what I did with my time. Living abroad and having lots of time to myself, the hours and days oddly seem to fly by super fast. I would expect it to be the opposite. Nope! Bam, before I know it, another week of living in Spain is gone.
I want to do my best to get out and really take advantage of my time here and appreciate it. Sometimes these feelings stress me out. I know it’s a silly thing to feel stress over, but does anyone else get like this? You’re trying so hard to live in the moment and make the most of a great opportunity, that it overwhelms you? Well, that’s kind of where I’m at right now. Fortunately, we’ve got some visitors coming next week (my parents!), so I’ll definitely be making the most of our time with lots of sight seeing, traveling (Italy on Tuesday!), and good eats.
As we’re traveling, I expect this workout to come in handy. I’m pretty sure the hotels we’re staying at do not have gyms and therefore, no equipment for me. This workout requires nothing! The only note to share is that for the dips, you can either do these on the ground, or to increase the range of motion, you can do these off the side of a chair or bench. So even if you don’t have a gym, you probably can find a chair! If you’re doing them on the ground, make sure your fingers point in the direction of your heels before you dip.
