Since I’m doing this whole full-time instructor thing, I’m going to start sharing my weekly schedule with you. When I taught part-time in NYC, I typically taught two classes a week, maybe a couple of more here and there. Pretty easy to keep track of. Not so much anymore!

Saturday morning I went to Corepower Yoga for the first time with Kristine. We took a 75 minute hot yoga class and it was a fantastic & sweaty sweat sesh. I’m going to check out a few more classes at the studio (your first week is free) and then will be back with a recap of the experience. After one visit, I’m a fan.
Later, MM, Ollie and I headed north to Chrissy Field. While chilly, I loved bringing Ollie for a mini walk/jog along the beach. Ollie is not a fan of the water, but was so curious about the little crashing waves that he even let the water hit his paws. I think he was mostly confused but nonetheless, making progress towards him becoming my swimming buddy.
