For the past 5 or so years my friend Caryn and I have been celebrating our birthdays together. We’re 10 days apart and also happen to have known each other since birth; our moms are friends from back in the day and now Caryn and I both live in NYC and get to see each other all the time AND celebrate our birthdays together!
This birthday is a big one so we grabbed some friends, a party bus and headed to the North Fork for wine tasting. We visited 3 wineries, drank a lot, ate a lot and took in some beautiful scenery.

We booked through North Fork Wine Tours and everything went super smooth, I highly recommend the company. We did tastings at the first two wineries then our driver let us in on a secret, he could just give us the cash set aside for the third winery, buy a few bottles, sit outside and enjoy. I liked the first two tastings but was just as happy by the third winery to grab bottles and hang out (with the cake!).
On our day-long tour we visited Lenz, Duck Walk and Pindar. My only complaint about the experience was that it went by way too quickly.
