Tonight will be one of my more low-key (I think?) New Years. I’m heading out to a small party with friends (and pups!) to start 2015.
And to get myself ready for a healthy year, I’ve stocked my kitchen with Paleo-friendly goods and scheduled a power yoga session for tomorrow. All bets are off for tonight but tomorrow I’m back on my healthy track.

I’ll be at Exhale Central Park South Power Yoga (I’m in the middle of a ClassPass test run which includes Exhale) and then maybe I’ll hit Central Park for an afternoon run.
