I’m so excited for my Pura Vida Adventures surf & yoga retreat that starts this Saturday in Costa Rica! I’ve never been on a vacation that is centered around physical activity and while I typically sneak in workouts on vacation, I’m pumped that this one is focused on surf and yoga every single day.

Alo Yoga is a recent favorite brand of mine. All of the gear has cute detailing and is super flattering. I love the colors and designs and the sports bras and tops have fun straps and open backs. Alo will be making up most of my lounge and yoga wear for the week in Costa Rica.

Roxy is a brand I’ve loved since I was a teen. My taste and the styles have matured and they offer a wide range of gear for surf, swim and general fitness. The bright colors will stand out while surfing and their leggings and sports bras will work for both surf and yoga. While trying to pack light, items that work for both will get priority in my suitcase. I can trust that Roxy gear will hold up in the ocean and also look cute on the yoga mat.

Onzie yoga gear is perfect for yoga on the beach and surfing since the design and fabric is geared towards everything from hot yoga, to swimming to lounging. Onzie is something I could feel comfortable in hanging at the yoga studio and easily transitions into water-wear. The pieces are light, durable and quick drying.
