Work Snack: Homemade Trail Mix

I LOVE trail mix, it’s definitely a top 5 food for me. Many of the pre-made versions have an ingredient or two that I don’t love or am simply trying to avoid (like m&ms) so I make my own. Today’s trail mix has a bit of spice to it:

  • Trader Joe’s Thai Lime & Chili Cashews
  • Roasted Unsalted Cashews
  • Trader Joe’s Jumbo Raisin Medley
  • Unsweetened Organic Dried Coconut Flakes

Shake it up and enjoy. The spice from the Thai Lime & Chili Cashews will spread to the other ingredients but is nicely balanced by the raisins and plain cashews, toning down the spiciness.
