Fit Bride: Summer Wedding Prep Kickoff

My friend is getting married this summer and asked me to help her prep for the big day. I’m so honored and feel quite the responsibility for getting her wedding dress-ready. We kicked off our three month plan last night with a discussion of goals, eating and workout habits plus a workout.

Tomorrow we’re doing a 1-day juice cleanse from Liquiteria to really get us in the fit bride mindset!
