Returning to Bikram Yoga + 30 Day Challenge
Over a year ago I completed the Bikram Yoga NYC 30 Day Challenge; for 30 days I went to Bikram every. single. day. It was exhausting and hard but I was so proud of myself and could see huge improvements over the month. I’m not an avid yogi so this was a big deal for me. Upon completing the challenge I sort of fell off the Bikram map and only took a handful of classes over the last year. I love how I feel in Bikram so I decided to get back into it and purchased a 20-pack of classes. Last night was my first one and it felt amazing to sweat and stretch again. I also finally picked up my finisher t-shirt from a year ago.
