I just found out about an ridiculous ski/snowboard deal for next winter (2014/2015 season) and if you’re like me and like to plan ahead and save money, listen up!
The Intrawest Passport gets you access to 6 mountains; Steamboat Springs and Winter Park in CO, Blue Mountain in Ontario, Mount Tremblant in Quebec, Stratton in VT and Snowshoe in West VA. The pass allows you to visit each mountain 6 times; if you take full advantage, you could ski up to 36 times.
I love to snowboard but paying $80+ for a day on the mountain hurts (me and my wallet) so if you’re planning to go to any of the above mentioned mountains next winter you should take a close look at the price breakdown because you could end up saving a lot of $$.
The first adult passport is $549. After that you can buy a total of 15 additional passports at discounted prices; you can get 5 more adult passports for $399 each, five teen passports (up to age 20) for $199 and five kids passes (under 12) for free. So whether you are a family prepping for the ski season or a bunch of friends who hit the mountains together, this is an awesome deal.
To put this cost breakdown into perspective, I spent a week in Colorado a couple of winters back and for 5 days of skiing I spent $520. With the Intrawest Passport pass you get up to 36 days of skiing for at the most, $549.
Read more about the deal at IntrawestPassport.com and do so quickly, the deal is only available until this Friday, March 14.
*these people are so happy because they are skiing & saving money, looks fun right?*
