No equipment? No problem!

This Tabata workout from PopSugar (printable PDF) is great if you’re at home and want to do a little toning (learn how to do each move HERE). Tabata is a workout format were you do a move for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and then repeat for 8 rounds. You can do a Tabata set of one move or you can alternate moves for each 20 second segment.

You can time yourself with your iPhone or a stop watch but to make things even easier, you can download the Tabata Trainer app ($1.99 on iTunes) which can be used simply for timing or the app can give you specific Tabata routines to try.
