First of all, I survived and actually enjoyed Bikram yoga last night! It’s always a struggle to get there but 80% of the time once I’m there I really enjoy it and feel great afterwards. The other 20%…eh not so much. Luckily, last night was enjoyable. Even though the marathon was 2 weeks ago, the stretching felt especially good for my tight knees.
And my second, very exciting update is that I got a spot in the 2014 NYC Triathlon! Can’t wait to get out there and race on August 3! Long time to go but excitement begins NOW!
