I’m jumping back into Paleo this week. I did it hardcore for about a month and felt great, then did it about 50% of the time and felt pretty meh. With the marathon 31 days away (eek) I want to do whatever I can to feel my absolute best on race day. Changing my eating habits will definitely help so back to Paleo we go!
