Do you live in an apartment with crazy noise-sensitive neighbors living nearby that yell at you if you simply walk loudly? I certainly do, so if I want to work out at home, it better be a quiet, motionless workout. Came across this isometric workout from Women’s Health Magazine. Stand still and get toned? Sounds easy! Well, it’s not. Give it a try and you’ll see that holding a position like the above will get you feeling the burn in a matter of seconds.
