Green Power Smoothie

This week MM has been out of town for work, and not that I by any means cook us dinner every night, this gave me a chance to be extra lazy with my meals. After coming home from Bikram Yoga, the last thing I want to do is prepare a meal. Enter the perfect Green Power Smoothie!

  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (20 cals)
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 1/3 Cup Frozen Berries (30 cals)
  • 1 Frozen Banana (105 cals)
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach (20 cals)
  • 4 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Spoonful Natural Almond Butter (100 cals)
  • ½ Scoop Perfect Fit Protein Powder (35 cals)

Blend all that goodness together and enjoy! Don’t be afraid of all that spinach, I swear you cannot taste it in the smoothie, yet you are getting a lot of nutrients. Trust me!

Total Calories (approx): 310

For a lower calorie, yet equally delicious version, cut out the almond butter and banana.
