2012 is coming to a close and it’s been quite a year! With just a few weeks to go I can happily say I’m done with races until 2013. I think it’s safe to say I ran more races this year than any year since high school (Walter Johnson Track Team!). Here’s a quick run down of the races of the past year, plus a look at what’s ahead in 2013:
- 3/18: NYC Half Marathon
- 4/7: Scotland Run 10K
- 4/22: City Parks Foundation Run for the Parks 4 Miles
- 4/29: Run As One 4 Miles
- 5/12: UAE Healthy Kidney 10K
- 6/3: Celebrate Israel 4 Miles
- 6/24: Achilles Hope & Possibility 5 Miles
- 7/8: NYC Olympic Distance Triathlon
- 7/14: Central Park Conservancy Run for Central Park 4 Miles
- 8/12: Sharon Sprint Triathlon
- 10/14: Grete’s Great Gallop Half Marathon
- 11/22: Bethesda Turkey Chase 10K
Wow. What a year. And for 2013 there are 2 major races on my radar- I’m going to compete in my fourth NYC Triathlon and I’m also qualified for the NYC Marathon. I’m pumped for both!
Also, I’m excited to announce that I will be racing as a member of Team in Training for the NYC Triathlon, taking place on July 14th, 2013. If you’d like to support my team, please donate HERE.
